One of the things we noticed at the 2016 DallasTotal Home & Gift Market was the many different finishes on the accessories.  There were many different metallics used in accessories and brass was shown in many showrooms.

The wall art below displays shining fish of all different shapes and sizes.  They were at the Phillips Collection and can be bought individually.

Seldom used dining room turned into a "Wine Bar Lounge"

A lot of people have dining rooms they only used a couple of times a year. Why not make that room the most fun room in the house (a Wine Bar Lounge)?. Four to six chairs in a circular conversation grouping, a wine bar and fun artwork. It is a great way to entertain with friends. The picture above is a CAD/PP presentation we put together for one of our clients. They wanted it to be a fun entertainment-party room as well as a room they could use to relax and read a book

Does anyone use their formal dining room anymore? It make sense to use every room in your home. There is a trend to change the dining room into a conversation sitting room. Conversational Room Design Some of our clients have wanted to change their large dining room into a comfortable round sitting area and conversation area where they can entertain guests or be alone and read. The room is television-free and has a fantastic view of the pool and outdoor landscape.

Everyone wants "Fashion Inspired Living" and you can have it by getting unique accent pieces.  Whether it's a stunning coffee table made of natural unfinished teakwood or a sexy cocktail table made in metal clad champagne silver, there was a lot to choose from at the 2017 High Point Market. This beautiful satiny black cushioned bench is luxurious but also practical.  It looks especially pretty when placed in front of a mirror.
